Quality at a fair price

I ordered a bed frame via Lazada. I received two paintings instead. The mixup must have been due to the fact that the order number for the bed frame and the order number for the paintings are very similar. I called up both Lazada and Hapihomes to report the issue. Lazada investigated what happened. It turns out that the bed frame was never sent to their warehouse, which means Hapihomes was at fault. But Hapihomes kept insisting that they did nothing wrong. I find it upsetting that they didn't even try to check their records -- they just said right away that the mistake wasn't on their end. I've bought so many items on Lazada and only Hapihomes failed to deliver.
