Disappointed. I have bought an office chair but after 2 days I have realized that the chair did not help with my lower back pain. When I asked them for me to return it, they would not let me even if I have recently purchased the product. So beware, be careful what you purchase, at the end of the day, they are more after the profit than customer's satisfaction.
Spent around 30 minutes trying out the different models of chairs that I researched about, in that brief time i enjoyed my interaction with staff and people viewing the items on display. thank you miss Portia for the assistance.
The product is very comfortable, very relaxing. and it was so amazing! But the customer service is very poor specially their Marketing Assistant named Joy, she didn't know how to properly address the concern of the customer, and its very disappointing how she handle it. I think the company must have a customer service training for their employees, on how to answer an inquiry thru phone or in personal. Im just expressing my dismay to Ms. JOY Marketing Assistant who handle my inquiries. Im just very disappointed. Thank you. FYI CWC interiors HR Department.
