From now on its my first address when coming to Manila, felt like home. William took care of my needs, very friendly and helpful person , top . The room i had was clean, strong and fast wifi, AC works well, nice clean bathroom. Microwave inside and dishes for 2 persons. Payed by credit card. Be aware you need 2000 peso cash for deposit which you get back. Near the place you have KFC, Jollybee, minimart and 7-11. The pool is only from tuesday to thursday for guests, rest for residents only. 200peso per person per day. Check in is 3pm , but you can wait in the lobby near the pool.
