they do not have proper cap covers sealing the items properly. Leaking on the seal meaning your water gets in touch with the seal which is unsure if it is clean or what not so there is a chance for contamination. When you call them, they are not courteous and no sense of urgency. You can feel laziness on the tone of their voice in dealing with customer complaints.
