Booked a tour of the \apartments\. Visitors aren't allowed inside the rooms which kinda negates the idea of the place being called an apartment. It's more of a dormitory. Electricity and water bills are not included in the rent. Wi-fi connection is limited to common areas. The rooms are already furnished but don't expect a lot of space. It's in the same building as the commercial spaces which offer food and shops.
