When we went here for karaoke, we knew that we are the ones who first reserve the room but then a "couple" who reserves later than us said that they are the ones who reserve the ktv first and also told the assistant guy that they choose the song before us which is a lie. Our card or ktv number is 1. The copy "ktv 2, no. 1" is the copy of the counter but she mistook to give us "her" copy so it is clear that we are the first ones on that room. Shame on the crew. Next time put a proper sequence on the number. A very bad experience. And to the couple. Thanks for lying. Highly appreciated. To the crew. Make sure to properly assist the people who reserves first.

Tani nextime butangan nyo man TIME IN and TIME OUT ang gapa reserve sang KTV nyo para di magka problema, bad experience gid natabo samon subong nga hapon, Clear na gd nga kami nauna ky ang nakabutang is " KTV 2, no.1", pero gin pauna pa sng mga crew nyo ang couple nga gasunod lng sa amon, nasayang lng hulat namon, naghambal na ang bayi sa counter nga kami na daw next,pero gin bag o nya ky may nauna pa kunu sa amon hambal sang crew nyo nga laki so gin pati ya ang crew nga clear na gd nga kami nauna ky may No.1 amon card, Nag adto gid ang bayi sa amon kg gn kuha ang reservation card nga may "KTV 2 No.1" kg gn change... Tani kay uhon nyo na inyo sistema para wlah it problema ... Butangi nyo nlng " Time In ,time out" sa mga nagapareserve KTV suggestion lng.....
