Porterhouse was perfectly cooked to a medium rare. I got laid after taking my date to dinner here. I'm pretty sure it was because of the steak

Enjoyed the 28 day aged porterhouse, the bacon, the salmon, and the dessert, tiramisu, cheesecake, apple pie and chocolate mousse. In the beef the distinct aged flavor lends extra depth to the meat's already multi layered flavors. I believe also it is best served medium rare to get the most flavor.. At medium, the meat loses a bit of the flavor to the cooking. Salmon was fresh, and cooked perfectly to perfect doneness. Cheesecake was my favorite. Not pictured was the Caesar's salad.
