Our dog’s eyes seems to have been punctured and the neck of our dog has a slash and seems to have bled. The groomer is not careful with the dogs. Be weary and careful! Our dog kept blinkin and his eyes was had swelled. We saw a slash and deep red marks on the dogs neck, as if it was being held down and chocked by the groomer. Our dog was here from 9am to 5pm. We had two dogs in front of ours. It took them until 5pm to groom our dog. This is unprofessional! This does not take that long to do three dogs to groom! The owner has said that they will look into the CCTV but i am not very trusting since they may tamper with the evidence. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!
