() Good view of Taal, food prices are just right, staff are friendly, serves a saucer of complimentary peanuts while guests wait for their orders to be served. (-) Tried Grilled Squid - tasted more like fish maybe because of the grill sauce; Tawilis - no breading, cooked like dried fish; Tapsilog - garlic rice was so dry like crispies, meal includes 3in1 coffee; Food - nothing special (also ordered Sauteed Bitter Gourd with Egg, Leche Flan and Fresh Coconut Juice; Service was a bit slow even if there were only few customers when we visited.

We made a mistake of not booking in advance for a hotel to stay at. Thankfully we found this place. You get a great view from your room, but the room itself needs some cleaning and renovation to make it more appealing (to keep up with the times). The food was great (Didn't get the chance to eat their famous bulalo because the cook in charge was not yet available that time). Service was Okay. Supposed to be just 4 stars. The 1 is for their room rate. I recommend this for those looking for a decent place to stay at an affordable price.

Nice and affordable place! Love the view upon waking in the morning plus very accommodating staff! Plus the bulalo is soooo good! Must try!
