Staffs are very attentive though it is quite hot in the waiting area. Especially when your booked time is mid afternoon.

Staff are friendly. Vet doctors are nice and detailed when giving diagnosis. Organized - you will wait for your number to be called. Though pricey, overall I like the service.

Parking area - around 8 slots as far as I can remember. Though you can wait while on hazard lights or park somewhere else. Waiting time - it can take you up to almost 2 hours waiting time for a vet doctor to attend to you. Key is you have to wake up early and be there by 8:30AM so the queue is not that long. Reception - area is air conditioned but no TV to entertain furents especially if it will take you hours waiting. Staff are courteous enough and apologetic if waiting time takes too long. Vet doctors - so far we have encouterer 3 vets and they were very professional and very warm. It felt like they really care about your pets. They also offer a house call service which you can use for vaccine injections to avoid waiting in line.

First trip to veterinarian in Philippines. Doctor nice, took long time to pay, plenty of other staff standing around to be potentially helpful, but then single window to pay, payment could be more efficient. Like picking wrong line at tollbooth when car in front of you has no money.

Excellent services with long queues. You and your pet would enjoy being around other animals/pets. Staff aren't so bad. A little cramped. Little parking spaces with predatory traffic enforcers around.

Brought my dog here to get a x-ray, I had a request from the usual vet I go to, there was another animal lined up before him, then an hour and half went by, when I followed up apparently the receptionist forgot all about my dog that he was next cos she already got my number while the other animal was having it's x-ray done, and asked for my number, I told her it was already with her along with the instructions from the vet. It wasn't even busy. We were only 3 in the waiting area. Then waited another 30mins to pay at the cashier.

It's a somewhat complete animal hospital conveniently located near Mandaluyong city's center. The doctors are accommodating and friendly. It's a bit pricey but they do take care of your pet and are willing to answer all questions you may have.

2nd time I waited for more than 45 minutes. If I didn't follow up we would not have been called as they asked who my dog was and it was only then that I was called. Good thing I wasn't ina cubicle because the first time I waited for more than an hour and a half in a cubicle
