I would like to give a glowing review as the staff was very helpful and friendly... but the examination consisted of a blood test and me answering questions from the doctor while he typed at his computer ! None of my question or medical problems were addressed .. a complete and total waste of my time and resources to make the trip to Manila My advice to any veteran seeking treatment in the Philippines would be to seek your treatment else where !

The Veterans Administration is NO LONGER at this address! It has moved to the same location as the VA outpatient clinic. If you look at the photo it shows a lot for sale. The correct address is 1501 Roxas boulevard.
