I first placed an inquiry at this store via their messaging app here on Google maps and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient they are with their responses. They are prompt at answering inquiries and are always very polite. I ordered a customized mattress from this branch late June, and was given a schedule for delivery by July 1. Very quick, considering the specifications that I needed. When my mattress was delivered, there was a small problem encountered with one of the smaller items included in the order, but they answered my queries even though it was well after office hours. I am very happy with the way this team conducts their business. With regards to the products they sell, all of the products I received are of high quality. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this store, and I look forward to further transactions with them in the future.

I'm happy with my experience at the Uratex Bacoor Showroom. Danny helped me get the best mattress that is suited to my needs. He even went to our house to help assemble the bed. The cashier was very friendly and luckily, there was a sale that day. The only problem was they forgot my pillows. But I was able to get it the following day without any hassle. Thank you. Highly recommended!
