Nice and very good condo at P Campa St. Sampaloc for university belt students.
The amenities are good and clean, and for me bathroom amenities should be at outmost importance and their bathrooms has bidet which great. But i wish they could clean the rooms once or twice a week, and maintenance like cleaning should be free because you're paying so much (like 6500 now before it's 6k for cash deposits) and before the pool and gym is free, now you pay for it even though they increase the pay, maybe because now they implemented GCash to pay for the electrical bill (yah you still have to pay for it... Well i guess it makes sense cuz you can't really measure and compute electricity that accurately). And the elevators, only two not even three for the services like the trash collectors. Well this is my indept review for upad.
