Nice accommodation and facilities

The staff are very friendly and the location is great -- near schools, universities, commercial establishments, and public transport. However, the rooms are very small and can get really hot inside in the afternoon. No cabinets and drawers available, and there are only small spaces where you can put all your stuff.

Clean and well-maintained facilities, hallways equiped with security cameras, friendly staff and crews, facilities include studying area, basketball court, table tennis, common area with television, mini karinderya and more. Quite pricey but i think its worth it. I recommend to choose the rooms in the 2nd floor because it's freaking hot in the 3rd floor rooms even with the aircon turned on.

Hindi siya okay.. Yung show room lang ung maganda. Mahal ng Renta, Mahal ng kuryente.. umabot kami 3k na aircon at ilaw lang gumagana.. 10pm namin inoon ung aircon.. 5am nakapatay na.. tapos super init at ingay para San mga reviewees and students. Pag umulan, pumapasok ung tubig. Tapos pag may naliligo umaabot sa kwarto namin ung baha. Magsasabi ka sa receptionist, kukusilapan ka lang.. tapos burado na ang sinabi mo. Sasabihan ka pa ng SA TAGAL KONG NANDITO, KAYO LANG NAGREREKLAMO JAN. ai halla.. alangan tiisin naman namin ung baha, init at ingay sa inyo? Ayusin niyo ah. May maintenance fee naman kaming binayaran eh

Great location near to review centers...small spaces..AND antaas mag charge ng bill sa kuryente at tubig..may problema ata kontador nila..too bad for students na ngttpid, mura sna ang renta but bnawi naman sa bills..
