The location is perfect! It's a few steps away from North-EDSA MRT station and very accessible to bus stations, restaurants and shopping center. The unit is clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure for me to be the guest on TriVinia's house blessing!

I have booked on this unit twice already and place never fails to meet my expectation on the cleanliness. I feel comfort when I stay here. The host is very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I will highly recommend this place.
The service is good and the people are nice. We are right acrosd from 3 great malls. Trinoma, SM North and Vertis North. One thing i dont like is that you have only one key to your room and if you loose it then its gone.
The room was clean and tastefully furnished. The area is safe, and the location is very accessible to mrt station and near shopping malls. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Philippines next time.
The owner is very responsive to inquiries. Very convenient and good place to stay, close to the malls, walking distance from MRT. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend this.
