Booked an aircon cleaning service. I was told it's confirmed and to just wait that day from 9AM to 5PM. Followed up 3x all throughout the day and I was told to just wait. At 3PM I called them to follow up again and ask where the technicians are. A lady told me that their technician wouldn't be able to do the service I requested for. NO SOLUTION was given to address the issue. Waited all day only to be cancelled last minute and not given any update/offered a reschedule. Terrible customer service! Very disappointing!
This is the worse service ever. I asked their service to clean my split-type air-conditioning due to leaking and lack of cold air coming out. I have no choice because they are the authorized service provider of Condura just to maintain the warranty. They will pretend that the reason of continuous leak in your air-conditioning due to the reason that the back drain is already full of dirt. They will attempt to offer you to pull down your split-type aircon and ask you to pay for a minimum of Php11,000.00. Ofcourse, I refused to have it pulled down. I asked a 3rd party service to do the job and advised me that the back drain of my AC is very clean and it just needed to have a Freon and it will resolve the issue. And they are right! I just paid them Php2,600.00 including the Freon, labor & service! Please do not even attempt to avail their services. It is better to tamper your air-conditioning warranty rather than having an expensive and dishonest services! I don't even want to give them a Star to rate them.
update: They redeemed themselves by providing better service, so i am giving them more stars. ------------------------------- TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Called them up several times to schedule for cleaning. Every time i contact them to followup, the previous schedule were not booked. So had to book over and over again. It took 5x of phone communication & online service application (more than a month) to finally get a technician to come. And when they did, our unit stopped working after the cleaning, which wasnt a problem before they tinkered with it. It would be best for aircon companies to find another appliance service center.
our unit started getting errors & wasnt cooling anymore after they \cleaned\ it. I consulted a freelance aircon tech friend of mine. Apparently, they ruined the transformer & the panel during the cleaning process. Had to spend almost 5k to replace the parts
