Arrived at 6am on a Monday, and I was 15th in line (mix of gas and diesel vehicles). The actual testing starts around 7am, and I was out and done by around 7:40am. Efficient overall as they had a few machines that could run simultaneously. Experience was pleasant and positive - the supervisor enforces physical distancing and requires everyone to wear face shields, though sometimes the staff themselves may not always be wearing masks the right way. There is a parking lot / street basketball court beside the testing center, which serves as a waiting area before and after your vehicle goes into their garage.

Very fast service and no under the table which makes it my favorite emission test center. Oh it's a first come, first serve. Better be here before 6am if you want to be serve first.

From my experience (February 16, 2020, afternoon), it was fast and easy. Got in and out in maybe 10 mins. Was guided by staff as well.

Great for walk ins. Just be early, they are open 6am. Safety protocols are strictly enforced by management.
