Just like the other reviews. They have not returned the deposit which is 6 times the amount of the rented items. It has been 3 months and I visited their office 3 times already. They said they would wire the money later on those days but they never did. They gave many excuses ranging from the person who does the wire transfer is sick at home to a certain person is on vacation, etc.

1 star for renting what we needed but that's all. We only used the scaffolding for 2 weeks but paid for a month's deposit. That's ok. What is not ok is that they dont release the bond upon return of the materials. They said the 30-day holding period starts from the day you return the scaffolding. Its been 36 days since we returned, but the bond has not yet been returned.Actually, it would be almost 3 months that they received our \bond\. What is there to \bond\ when we have already returned the subject of the bond? It irates me also that they dont answer any of the numbers they have provided. This company does not know how to value customers. They are only good when you are in the process of inquiry and contract making but once you have paid, they wont even entertain your calls anymore.
Does their job. But they are poor at releasing the bond we paid for (which is quadruple the amount of how many days we used their product). I suggest you don't hire their services. We kept calling their hotlines and we keep hearing that bonds are released after 30 days. It's more than 30 days and they keep giving excuses. Bad business practice.

wag na wag kayo mag rent dito, kailangan pa kulitin at ountahan para ibalik lang deposit! jusko sakit sa ulo! binalik naman mga item at bayad naman, deposit ilan months bago ibalik!!!
