I was a former intern of Life Change Recovery Center as a Psychology student I was privileged to had an encounter with Dr. Randy Dellosa and I was fascinated by the lecture he shared with us. It was about dream analysts and interpretation a very interesting topic in the field of Psychology. Thumbs up, more power to the recovery center and to all the staffs. More blessings

Although it seems that Randy Dellosa is well qualified to offer services; his disorganized staff make it difficult to receive his services. We set up an appointment as required and arranged our schedule to arrive at 9PM in the Quezon City center as requested; only to have the appointment cancelled by their office and were then told that the appointment needed to be moved 1 week for the same time. These things happen, and we adjusted our schedule for the following week. On the day of that appointment, we were told that they forgot to schedule us and it was booked for someone else. This was the second time we arranged our schedule to comply, only to be told that their office couldn’t accept responsibility. Their office said they would then contact us with more information; and when they did not, we reached out without answer or apology from their office. Randy’s own website states: “All missed appointments will be strictly charged P4K per hour. No excuses or reasons or ‘sob stories’ accepted. Again, you cannot cancel an appointment on the same day of your appointment. By missing your appointment, you would have let me wait for one hour for nothing! Furthermore, your slot could have been given to someone who urgently needed it” I believe this should also hold true to their office in how they treat clients – we are also professionals, where our time is also valuable, and just as Randy Dellosa does not want to “wait one hour for nothing”; either do we want to have disorganized staff cause issue with our lives and preparations to meet the appointment. I believe mutual respect is important and will look elsewhere for services.
