I’ve been searching for a condominium through web since last year. And then I saw this!!! It’s really a one of a kind residential tower in Western Visayas. I am really certain that residents here will enjoy their world class amenities such as the sky garden, infinity pool, day care center, children’s pool, and function halls. This is yet another great pioneering Condominium of the Megaworld in Western Visayas. There is really no perplexity that Iloilo now is booming in terms of business and economy. I will never regret investing my money for it.

I have seen their master development plan and it was really awesome! Especially The Palladium. It is the very first building in Western Visayas that has 22-story with loft units at the top floor and it is surrounded with everything you need like restaurants, malls, movie houses and etc. Iloilo is really a highly urbanized City already. I would invest if I have the money. This is great!
