The Maigne Baker is owned and managed by a young and gorgeous lady who is also the chef and baker Ms. Charmaigne-Joy Azarcon. She humbly tells how she started and shared her passion for baking and cooking to the public by opening her coffee shop year ago. Up to now, you can see the happiness in her heart in every sip of a coffee and bite of her cakes coz we ourselves tried them and nothing uttered from our mouths but ”hmm yummy, delicious, great and the like”... I can highly recommend her blueberry Cheesecake and carrot cake with frappe Matcha flavor at a reasonable price although you can have your favorite flavors. Those who are into hot drinks, of course, they have it too. If you are a pasta person, pesto shouldn't miss although again they have Italian and sweet style too. You can explore a lot of tastes here actually. I just found my kind of drink here after a long search! So proud of their iced caramel macchiato. From their appetizers to, Pasta, sandwich, desserts 'must try'! Plus, recipe made by the owner. Come, visit and get addicted to it. After all, good food makes us happy. Excellent!
For people with sweet tooth, their brownies, revel bar and dream cake are excellent! Pesto pasta is a good choice, too if you are to load carbs.
For those who haven't been to The Maigne Baker (Public Market, Cabatuan, Isabela), it's really an excellent place to spend moments with your friends & family! This is a classic (and classy) cake & coffee shop in Isabela. Ms. Charmaigne Azarcon is the owner, and guess what she is also the main chef & baker! Ms. Charmaigne is turning out some wonderful mouth-watering foodies including a truly superb caramel cake and an excellent blueberry cheesecake; and all of the traditional coffee and frappes are also first rate. The coffee shop's atmosphere is sophisticated but, at the same time, almost homey, making The Maigne Baker a very pleasant cake & coffee experience. Prices, too, are reasonable for the quality. This is something you should try!
