Would definitely not recommend this, I've been to many Massage Spa establishments and so far, this is the worst one. Few minutes into my session and I can feel her pointed fingers hurt my skin, and she was looking at her watch most of the time as if she wants to be somewhere else. When she got to my head and shoulder area, I can feel that she just keep pressing my shoulder repeatedly waiting for the time to be over, I can see her looking at her co-therapist so they can leave together. After this, me and my boyfriend got really bad back pains. We even thought of going to our former spa so it can help us with our back pains right after our session with Thai Royale.

This is one of the worst massages I've ever had. My girlfriend and I got 1 hour Swedish Massage that costs 350 each and it was dreadful. I couldn't wait til my 1 hour was over and it was hot in the room the whole time and I even asked the woman if she could make it colder and she said that their AC was already at the coldest. I regret coming here. Do not recommend.

So far, worst spa experience. Masseurs are using their phone while doing the massage, the masseur who assisted me is massaging my foot with one hand as she is on her phone. Also playing loud music and such that is not suitable for spa environment. one of them even fell asleep while massaging. I know that there are pauses when massaging your head but not for 3 minutes, come on. Too bad for first time here.
