THE SERVICE IS VERY SLOW. The staff are not coordinated. Making the citizens suffer from wasting time and efforts of waiting for nothing. Instead of informing people from the start what are the needed requirements for the people to prepare all of it beforehand. Not make them fall in line and wait for hours before telling them that their requirements are incomplete.
