Definitely worth waking up early for. To arrange a hike up the mountain you have to visit the Alicia municipality hall to arrange a guide to go with you. This can be done a day before and payment is done directly to the guide (300PHP) per guide excluding the entrance fee at the foot of the mountain. For a morning hike it's adviced to meet at Alicia's municipality hall at 04:00 as it's a 30 minute drive 1 hour hike up the mountain. Which is something everyone should do in Bohol. The view is simply breathtaking.

We had 2hrs trekking back and forth. Worth the sweat since when you get at the top it was really perfect and the fresh air is really amazing!. You should try it yourself so you could enjoy trekking.
