It's easy to make an appointment with the help of the receptionist. The Senior Hairstylist Allan did a great job with my hair. He styled it to my vision. I love the highlights as well. The assistant, Ms. Joy, was friendly and provided tips too. I would definitely go back here for maintenance of my hair.

Haven’t changed salon in years after discovering piandre. I used to have a fave hair stylist but even after she left, I can rely on piandre to have good batting average when trying out different stylists. Prices are also reasonable for the quality.

Always happy with the result I get, prices are reasonable, and the staff are helpful. I usually go there for haircut and coloring my eyebrows, will try other services soon. Rebounding was the 1st service I’ve tried and I’m super happy with the result.

update: I went back and complaint because I was very angry. The receptionist handled it well and wish I could go back for anther experience. I’m still not sure, but at least they handled customer complaints well, I think if during the experience if there’s something you don’t like you could just say it so they could adjust it right away. I can tell they care about customer, thus changed from 1 star to 3 stars Original message: I have the creative team for my haircut. She looks like she’s in a hurry and trying to finish mine fast. The shampoo wasn’t thorough, my head still feeling a bit itchy and not clean after she wash it. The hair cut was super fast. Like just cutting a bit and not thinking about it. I feel disappointed for higher price I pay. It doesn’t feel like I just got out of a 650 salon. Do not recommend. Will not come back

I am a returning customer at Piandre but my last experience was worst. They would ask you where you are based and if they know that you are based and if you tell them you are based abroad, they will charge you ridiculous prices. I had a balayage treatment in the US and went to Piandre for a retouch. So at first they really will not tell you how much the bill was, then they gave me a slip with (1) hair dye (2) highlight - a total of P10K plus which is ok. They did a foil highlight, and dye my entire hair after. After the wash, the result was beautiful because it blended with my previous balayaged hair. And then the stylist (Alona) suddenly said the treatment was balayage instead of just highlights, and changed my the (1) hair dye (2) highlight total of almost P14K. They did not change the description to balayage in the receipt but they increased the charge. I also had a keratin treatment - P10k and a take home treatment of P1400 so I paid a total of P24,750. Next time please be professional and honest in charging your customers. P.S. I went there before to have my hair color but was offered keratin treatment instead since my hair was dyed black and have damaged portions due to rebonding. I went back now, I think it should be easier for Piandre to retouch my hair that is why they agreed on coloring it, but the price they charged was way higher than the first time light hair coloring.
