Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. They will even serve you a glass of water even if you don’t ask for it. It is also SOP for them to ask you if everything is okay or if you need anything. Food is patented Max’s. An area for improvement could be the bill out processing, which usually takes longer than expected.

One of the best Max’s branch I’ve visited do far. The place is great, the staff are nice and friendly. We ordered the best kare-kare and a so-so sinigang na hipon. The sinigang is 1000x super sour, my tongue got numb. They gave me a Max’s card, and I’m super grateful.
Still one of the best Filipino restaurant that serves quality Chicken, pancit and more. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Place is clean and cozy. One of the great restaurants you'll consider to eat when you are around the area of BGC.
The whole chicken is best paired with Rice Adobo. BlandVery tasty rice meal is a win! Best to come here for lunch before 12noon as it gets really busy and quite cramped at 12.
Always the same wonderful dining experience on Max's. Never a wrong decision to dine here. Although I was hoping for a \Crispy\ boneless Bangus.
In this pandemic max chicken comforts the soul
The chicken is always consistent and delicious. This branch is always busy. The last time we went was around 2:30pm and there were still plenty of customers. The half chicken is good for one person. The restaurant is well decorated and has a good layout. There are some issues with the heat in some portions of the restaurant, but otherwise a good experience.
The overall experience is okay. Their chicken specialty was consistently good. My rating is 4 just because their cakes were awesome - and very affordable. My fave order would be the sisig tofu. However, the taste is not consistent. Sometimes it’s too oily Other than that, would recommend this place for celebrations.
