Healthy and wallet friendly restaurant! HummusShakshouka with fresh pitas is a great dish. The Sabich Sandwich is good too! Pita pocket with a filling of fried eggplant, salad and hummus. Special hot tea with cinnamon is good for your throat!

Super filling and absolutely amazing for the price! Just one of the few places (i know of) near the city which has hummus and shakshouka in the menu. Wished I tried the other items in the menu, maybe next time? I’ll definitely come back when I crave this again. Really happy I’ve found this place! Apparently there’s also one in Makati but that’s too far from my place so this would do.

I was looking for something not common here in manila, and found this restaurant, I was not disappointed. I had shakshuka, hummus and falafel. everything I ordered tasted delicious

Their establishment is kinda hidden and really small. Good thing there was plenty of room sometime before lunch. Bright sunlight got me staring blankly towards the greenery outside. Mashawsha was delicious and hard to distinguish from the Hummus Elijah. Serving was as heavy as always, and for the first time, I had the last spoonfuls for takeaway. Bread was insanely hot and fluffy! My server and I seemed to have slight miscommunication. I asked about the Mashawsha but ordered Hummus with Pine Nuts. She still served what was Mashawsha (I guess) and it was made clear on the receipt that I, indeed, got Mashawsha instead. I didn't want them to mark it out and I didn't want to waste their efforts and everyone's time. Fortunately, I already enjoyed my order and spent P40 less.

It was my first time and couldn't decide between Shakshuka and Hummus... So, the waitstaff suggested I try Humshuka! A combination dish of both :) It was tasty, not salty...and the pita breads were soft and chewy. Coming back for the others dishes, like the Falafel, but will tag along friends as the dishes were too big for me :)
