I just had the worst experience in your booth at trinoma. Your staff was so rude and doesn't have any manners. I don't know her name but I will surely remember her face. The management should not hire someone who has no manners and doesn't know how to accommodate customers. I am very dissapointed. I hope you take actions.

If you're residing outside the Philippines and plan to purchase a condo, make sure you go over the process with your property investment consultant in detail how to refund your deposit before you sign! When I asked about it, we were told it was very easy. I didn't worry too much because we used a credit card for the deposit. Don't give them cash. Our condo isn't scheduled to be completed until 2023 and alot can happen between now and then.

They have bunch of employees and they often have job hiring which gathers a lot of applicants during the scheduled date of interview. They give opportunities to those who are just about to start their journey in their professions.
Once they get you to buy a unit, the processing takes forever before turnover. There is lack of coordination within the organization. Very disappointing for a so called big property company.
