Worst experience ever. They billed us 45,000 pesos for 2 days in the hospital. We felt scammed and defeated. They even suspected the family member as PUI when we just went there to get her checked for possible food poisoning. We’re all in isolation right now, what a total nightmare. What kind of medical facility is this? The doctors can’t even handle pressure, they just go off on you easily. They always have the “deer caught in headlights” look on their faces like they’re on the edge of having a nervous breakdown. The service we received did not justified the money we paid after all. What a joke!!! Won’t come here again i SWEAR

The absolute worst health care facility! I laid in ER and NEVER had anyone clean my wounds. I crashed a scooter and had a compound fracture in my right ankle. My right arm was bloodied due to road rash. I had to clean my arm myself! The surgeon Dr Erwin Mondragon when he found out I could not pay everything at once NEVER came back to my room to check on me or the injuries. My ankle became infected due to his negligence and ensured the hospital staff provided subpar treatment for my injuries because he was not paid in full immediately! Also because I could not pay in full I was held hostage till the US Embassy contacted the hospital! I was physically stopped from leaving the hospital. Even the nurses only cared about getting the money! They did not even know if my injury was infected! Uneducated or undereducated staff pretending to be nurses. Money rules this corrupt hospital! Proper care is not a concern for the staff!! I have posted pictures of what was done there AND what had to be done in the US to fix Mondragons half baked surgery. The last X-ray shows his handy work. The first X-ray photos and other photos show what had to be done in order for me to NOT lose my right foot! I spent 7 days in the hospital in US, and had to have an artery taken from my left arm and inserted to my ankle to have blood flow because it was infected due to negligence and lack of antibiotics at Ramiro! Stay away. Lawsuit pending.

I remember I went to Ramiro Hospital's Dental for a check-up for my toothache. The doctor assigned there was rude and makes you feel like you're a burden for her. The worst of all is that their canteen has mouses lurking around the tables. I was terrified of that. Not a good experience if you ask me. Also, too expensive for a terrible service.

Ramiro Hospital is such a gold digger hospital . Very poor service . The doctor especially the pulmologist was so arrogant . Just don’t understand why the family of the patients are not allowed to talk to the doctor of their concern for the patient . He diagnosed our mother of pneumonia when in fact she doesn’t even cough . Would like to quarantine our mother for 14 days . The main reason that we admitted our mother was her stomach pain. How the in world that they did the chest X-ray which was not our reason to admit our mother . Never try to admit anyone in your family in this hospital . Just for 2 days they billed us 50,000 pesos . The nurses were incompetent . She was about to give my mom a medicine for hypertension clonidine good thing my sister was checking of what medication they’re giving her . My God it was supposedly for the other resident . Just think of that .

They don’t even deserve a 1 star review. This hospital should be canceled for negligence of duty. I lost a cousin recently from cardiovascular complications. He was originally needed ER service but the said pulmonologist suspected him as PUI that later worsen his condition. So please don’t come here if you needed medical aid. I think this hospital needed more medical help than you do. The effectiveness of this hospital is very questionable. Don’t ever get any of their service. Such a disgrace to all Boholanos.

They have such a bad doctor that he can't even distinguish between covid patient to a normal case. My cousin's Cardiac Doctor said that it's clear to him that my cousin doesn't have covid based on his symptoms (heart related ailment) but the pulmonary doctor said otherwise and insisted on placing my cousin on covid suspected case watch. This was one of the cause of his early demise since he got scared and was very stressed out thinking that he will be alone due him being placed on isolation. You know who you are. We are very very disappointed at this hospital all in all.
