Awful clinic-centered business and NO client-orientation. My appointment was postponed twice by the clinic (the call center of this clinic called me the day before my appointments). I visited the clinic at the BGC branch in Philippines at the right time of the appointment revised twice. Surprisingly, the doctor was not there. I just had to go home. I opened my schedule three times but just waste of time. The BGC clinic and the call center promised me to come back to me. BUT THEY NEVER CAME CALL ME BACK. I sew the serious gaps between the doctor, the BGC branch and the call center. The system did not work and is not client-oriented at all. However, I gave 1 star because their awful way of communication stops me buying their services.
