I would not recommend buying any unit with Suzuki Batangas. Their customer service and service support is very poor, as if they do not really care with their customers. I bought a Suzuki Vitara GLX last December 2018. They promised to give me a copy of my OR/CR within two weeks (apparently it should only be 7 days as per memo from LTO), but it took them two months to give it to me. They also failed to give me a copy of the car's insurance policy early on. This caused me to buy a new tire because within two months of use (less than 5000km), one of the tire burst, and since I do not have any reference as I do not know what would be the coverage of the insurance, I have to replace the tire with my own money. The matter was escalated with Suzuki Batangas, but they did not do anything about it as they say it was not covered. The Suzuki Vitara also has some problems within the 4 months I was using it. The Sun roof got stuck, and the front headlamp is malfunctioning - the light does not turn on automatically when the engine stopped or the car door opens. During routine maintenance (5000km), this issue was raised with the service support, and they say they will look into these issues and replace free of charge. That was February 9, 2019. Now It is already May, and everytime I am following, the service representative always say it is a back order and the assembly is still not here. Almost three months and they have not done anything yet. And given this is a brand new car having problems but they do not prioritise it. I do not recommend Suzuki at all. It seems that they do not do quality checks before issuing a car to the buyer. less than 6months of using the car moderately (8000km on its 5th month) and a lot of issues already surfaced.

I will not make any transaction again at Suzuki Batangas City. Demanding sila to pay your unit in cash pero kapag nabayaran mo na ang hirap na macontact. Kahit ilan beses mo tawagan ang Agent and Manager ay dedma or madami reason na ibibigay- work from home, may meeting etc. Quotation ng aircon abutin ng weeks at galing pa daw 3rd party yon. Lots of patience ang need mo..they are after sales only, kapag nareceive na nila payment bahala ka na magbaon ng madaming pasensya for next transaction.
