Poor customer service.
Security Guard will not give you information like he was not knowledgeable about the services they offer. Staff are not good. When you try to call them it takes an hour to answer the phone call and like the hell if they answer and talk to you like they are the boss and you don't have the rights to get an update about the papers of the vehicle. Be wise sumisho your product is enough to encourage and not these staff. Change it for good, same to both parties. Thanks.
UnpRofessional staff. Lack costumer service. I been there last 1 1/2 years ago, staff are very pleasant during that. Now all staff feels like boss. They even make you and after four hours they will advise you to back the next. Even in main office ,no one answers the phone. Good company ,worst employee. Hope the owner will take a look at this

We almost bought a unit. But when it comes to costumer service, omfg.. One of the worst. Even the guards are.. I dunno what to say anymore. Buy somewhere else.

This company needs to be Re-Training and Re-organize. Quality of service is the most important to us clients. it was very disappointing. I hope this company will change the marketing strategy and Costumer Service.
