Mission * To assist organizations and communities towards informed and evidence-based policy-making and programming through research including baseline studies, technical needs assessment, evaluation reports and case studies; * To provide for capacity development in organizations and communities with custom-made and needs-based modules, training and workshops; and * To provide technical writing assistance including grant proposals, knowledge briefs, and editing.
