Been using this service for some time but often, contacting them is almost impossible. Had to ring them for about 5-10 mins before anyone answers. Had an experience where the masseuse was 30 minutes late. Today, they answered the call after about 10 tries and they left the call open but did not answer. It lasted about a couple of minutes before I hung up I can somehow hear a \mass\. The person could have told me that they were busy. It is a business, and the contact 4004433 was for a business. It's not a personal # so that type of treatment was uncalled for. The massage itself is fine. But the horrible service of the staff deserves zero stars.

Bad service. First they’re late for the time schedule, and when they arrived there’s no single word coming from them why they’re late and they are not even smiling thinking that they’re not happy with their job. Second i don’t think they’re well trained, i don’t do massaging but its like they’re just doing it because they need to. It’s a waist of money for 2people to have a massage for 2hours and not even satisfied in their service.
They have the worst receptionist! Bad communication! I texted them today 625pm and requested for a 1 hr massage at 930pm. The person holding the phone acknowledged my request and even thanked me. Guess what??? Its already 1030pm and no one came! I have been calling their landline 8 times and their mobile number 16 times since 920pm but no answer! Very disappointing! The worst massage parlor ever!!!
Most of the employees are there to apply lotion to your body, not massage you.
I had my ears candled for Pp 120 in other words about a quid they did a professional job too

Had to update my review. Before, I gave 4 and now 2 stars simply for the reason that the service seems to worsen over the years. Ang konti na din ng nagmamasahe and customers unlike before pinupuntahan tlaga sha. Kng dati halos every week kame, ngayon mga once every 2 mos. And last na yung kanina. Ang lamig nung oil na nilalagay. And chka pa lang nila aayusin yung bed and bubuksan aircon pag dumating ka na. Knowing na may reservation and dadating kme. Hindi pa tapos yung massage pinapatay na din aircon. Jusme. It seems like this spa is near to closing for good.
