The lady was very rude, and have an unpleasant attitude towards customer no wonder why they rarely get customer due to their bad customer service and rude attitude of staff. The staff need to be taught how to deal with customers in a civilized manners. If you are planning to go and buy something here I strongly suggest you to go to other branch of Sony avoid this location instead. Not to mention they do not care about customers they only care about themselves and they need to learn how to smile when facing a customer.
