I wonder why it's called "flea" market. Should have been "dried fish" market. They offer local dried fish, fresh from the lake! Imagine that! Price could be a whooping P900/kilo. Oh, that's for biya, a local dried fish that tastes like crackers. If you're a delicacy enthusiast, you should buy some and have a taste. Definitely worth your dime.
If you are visiting Oriental Mindoro, be sure to stop in this small village to chill with the locals, buy some fish (they will be happy to cook it barbecue) and take a look at the lake. Lovely people, remarquablely friendly and helpful.
