Thieves! They just cancel our condominiums whenever they want. I lived abroad and their excuses was they weren't able to contact us. I already brought this up to the court.
The elevators of Breeze residence as now are the best I have ever experienced in Philippines even at any other countryies ,so stable and speedy.Hitachi made.hope all the high rise buildings can adopt the type of elevators here in the Philippines
Just a warning for potential buyers: If you are thinking about buying an SMDC condo for short term rental (ie-staycation) please be advised that SMDC makes this very difficult. The cleaning fees are more than double the normal amount. At this time SMDC Breeze, which is next door, does not allow key code door locks to be installed by owners. We have no reason to believe that coast will be any different than Breeze. There is a lot of paperwork for guests. Your guests must pay to use the pool (and fill additional paperwork). There is not any wifi in the lobby and there is no cell signal either which makes communication with arriving guests very difficult. The admin closes at around 9pm so no check in can be allowed for your guest after 9pm. Also a gym was promised to the buyers at Breeze, but SMDC has currently no plan to develop the amenities further it will just be some chairs and a pool - that's it! So don't buy this unit thinking that promises will be delivered. SMDC condos are only really optimized for long term leasors (1 year plus). After accepting delivery my feel is its ok for long term living - its kind of like an old folks home (retirement home) etc but its false advertising that its staycation friendly. We also have many reports in the owners groups of lost dues payments, and ignored emails by the admin - making life very difficult and frustrating for the overseas owners which since the condo is overpriced represents the majority of the buyers. Also be advised the the HOUSE RULES will not be disclosed to the buyer until TURNOVER - even if you ask. What this means is HOUSE RULES are not disclosed pre-sale. In the USA this is actually illegal but apparently in Philippines it is allowed. Currently SMDC allows some strange things to be in the house rules such as a FEE FOR USING POOL!! Most buyers think the pool fees are included into the monthly dues payment - but not with SMDC. Buyer be warned: purchase at your own risk.

Place is really good, clean and the pool is really wide. It is close to Mall of Asia.
I don't like SMDC model condominium because it looks like tenement.
