Worst experience in an internet provider i've ever had. From day 1 they provided me with a substandard modem that can easily be hacked. My connection was running at 5mbps when I applied for a 30mbps plan. They promised they would refund me all the time the problem is persisting but then they only refunded a mere 4th of the month I'm having problems. All customer service agents are liars, they say they would do something and then the next agent you would talk to have no idea what just happened. I'm sick and tired of calling them everyday without any improvements. I'm just gonna wait for my contract to end then I'll transfer to a better provider.

It's impossible to get in touch with anyone here via any channel - email, social media, chat, etc. The promised bandwidth based on the plan that you pay for rarely meets at least 80%, what's worse is their customer service. Thumbs up if you agree.

If zero star can just be rated i will give it to you without hesitation. I have sent you hundreds of emails to get an update for my request of move of service but we are going on its 3rd month now after making request but still getting the same scripted reply and no action done. I dont deserve this kind of customer service I believe but you keep me hanging for that long waiting for the service to be on. Hope the government can just take you out too just like your affiliate. Or you're just waiting too. I regret getting you as my provider!!!

Due to this pandemic I'm forced to apply my upgrade subscription last March, luckily by the month of July I received a call from Ms. Abejuela asking if I still want to push through my application and told her that I will cancel my application since I already lost my job on the same month, but now I was being charge of 3k for the upgrade for two months!!! Your internet is so effin SLOW!!!!!!!!!

We recently upgraded from 5mbps to 25mbps. It is currently 2 am and my supposedly 25 mbps internet is non apparent, mas bumagal pa nung nag pa-upgrade. May bagong logic na pala.
