I visited this place with friends who were dropping off stuff to a client. I was suitably impressed with this expensive subdivision. Hard to credit the prices being quoted by my friend, who is an agent and is well aware of the value of many of the places in here. She's a successful, hard-working agent who knows the values of many places and it showed, with her extensive knowledge of the prices of those beautiful places for sale and rent in this wonderful place. Roads are nice and what shocked me the most was the three guard posts we had to pass to get in and later, out of the residential area. Beautiful and expensive (for this poor foreigner).
