My daughter started in the Toddler Program at 3.5 years old when I headed back to work. The assigned caregiver, Jane, made me feel instantly comfortable and safe during a time when I was highly emotional and nervous to leave my baby with anyone but me. Jane took the time to listen and learn what a typical day was like for us, and made sure to mirror the same habits and schedule so it didn't disrupt our at-home routine which I really appreciated. I can't say enough great things about Jane - she consistently went above and beyond for us, is committed to her job and LOVES her babies (so much so that we now call her "Grandma #2"). Thank you, Jane! About 6 months ago my daughter transferred to their Toddler Program and my daughter is still thriving. She is happy every day when I drop her off and grinning from ear to ear when I arrive for pickup. The teacher, Ann, is fantastic as well. She is always thorough in telling me about my son's day and asks me for feedback when she thinks any adjustment needs to be made. Thanks Ann!
