The place was quiet this weekday morning. Came for a rabies shot and a general health check for the dog I just got. We were served promptly and efficiently. The doctor was also very accommodating to all my questions and concerns. Not the nearest vet clinic to my residence but I would definitely come back.

Went there today but the service received from the front desk assistant by the name of “Ate Beth/Tess” was poor, she was rude and was not very accommodating and not very polite to customers, she’s not knowledgeable about the products their selling. To be fair some of the crew are really nice and professional. Thanks.

Brought our dog here as soon as we saw signs of parvo. They were quick to assist us and took good care of our dog during the couple of nights that he stayed with them. The vets and vets assistants were very hands-on with the care of their patients, and the facilities were very clean. They are also responsive with your queries via SMS or Viber. They were able to nurse our dog back to health and we got to bring him back home after 2 nights with them.

Took our dog in at 6am on a Saturday morning under an emergency. They were awesome. So much that we are making them our new vet. Dr. Jewel was wonderful and she will be our dogs new doctor.
