Always a great experience when we are in this establishment. Food is great and customer service exceeds the norm.

Meat is good. Kimchi is too sweet. The place is nice and has a good ventilation. Needs improvement on the services. The store was not full but they didn’t handle our requests well. We didn’t got some of our orders. Even the request for refill of condiments took too long and too many reminders to different crews. But on other tables they were offering their service. I thought maybe because we were wearing simple/casual clothes . We decided to leave the resto without satisfying our cravings since we lost our appetite.
