Disappointedly ... I wasn’t able to get low & close enough , so I could read the inscription wording ... at the base of this Seafarers Monument This was due to safety fencing in front of this Manila monument ... as when I visited this area of Manila Bay - the Baywalk is being totally improved I tried online to find out information about this monument also ... no luck
