Brought my car for repairs and ended up having more dents while it was there. Oh, and in addition to this, my rfid sticker got wrecked, the car is dirty and my passenger door handle got wrecked too. If only I can put 1/2 star

We have been servicing our car here for almost 3 years and the service level just keeps dropping on each visit. We had to replace the Axle shaft assembly and on October 4 we made a downpayment, the items were available only on December 10, 2 months later. Having delivered the car for the repair, we were informed to return the next day, only to find that all other concerns had not been addressed when we went to collect the car. The service supervisor who accepted the car cared less, the car was not ready and we have to go back the next day, only to be told that they have no bulbs in stock to replace the DRL and Turning lamp. Oh by the way, we must reach before 11am as the company Christmas party is more important. We surely will move to another dealer, please do not get carried away with their sales pitch, service is much more important for the long term if one is to invest in this technology, without a doubt a great car and very reliable, however, not the service here.

If there is a worse rating than 1 star I would use it. Car was there for PMS, at 9:30am, went back to get it at 2:00pm. They showed me that the tire air valve was leaking air. I asked them why they did not replace it. They said they will. By six pm the car was not yet ready. They messed up the nut. Nut was worn out. They were drilling and hammering the nut to get it off. Supervisor finally apologized and told me to come back tomorrow. There was no offer to take me, my wife and my 3 year old grand daughter home due to the inconvenience they caused. I had to demand it.
