POOR SERVICE!!! My dog was diagnosed with blood parasite. Dr. Joanna Kimberley Meñez of Golden Griffin requested a blood test on our dog. CBC costs 1,300php in her clinic and results were available after 1-2 days pa, pero 600php lang in other vet clinics tapos within 15 mins may results na. Last sunday, our dog was crying nonstop and seemed like she was in pain so we tried calling Dr. Meñez's clinic. The clinic assistant told us that Dr. Meñez was not available and so we asked if we could at least have her number but told us na wala daw silang number ni Doc and asked us to look for other vet clinics. One vet from a different clinic told us that based on our dog's CBC results, she's already a candidate for blood transfusion. Pero walang sinabi si Dr. Meñez samin na ganito. She just prescribed our dog with antibiotics and Vitamin B complex taken once a day for 28 days. So we looked for a bigger facility. The doctors in the emergency animal hospital told us that our dog really needed blood transfusion ASAP. Sabi din nila mali yung dosage ng prescription ni Dr. Meñez. I hope this will not happen to other pets. Dr. Meñez is very incompetent and unprofessional. Even her clinic assistants were careless and not accommodating. Also, sobrang mahal ng consultation fee. I don't recommend this clinic at all!!
