BonChon chicken is a neat alternative to the more common and popular fast foods with chicken meals. And this one in Paseo de Sta. Rosa is one you can't miss. It's corner location makes it one of the most recognizable stores. On average days, parking is not going to be a problem. Service is quick too. There is just one comfort room though and the way out is pretty cramped.

Lousiest counter customer service during this pandemic. Kitchen/dining staff get their iced tea drinks before even serving a customer's iced tea. Or was that the store manager even?!

Very rude staff handling the orders via their delivery hotline! If hindi nyo kaya magdeliver just say it right away and not make fun of the person na gusto magpadeliver! Paseo branch staff is so rude!

They used to have good delivery service, but the person taking delivery must be replaced? It takes 1 hour or sometimes none, to get a reply confirmation to your order via mobile phone. I couldn't get in their landline either, it's either always busy or no one picks it up.
