The vet doctor has no sense of urgency. Not a reliable clinic for your pets!!!!

Attendants/groomers have no training in soft skills at all. They do not know how to welcome customers and especially their pets. The service is so-so. Our dogs always get cuts in the nipples, feet and legs. We have taken our pets here at least twice. Once for vaccination and another for grooming. The vets are okay. They will get the job done. However, I expected the vet to appear more professional and treat their patients (our dogs) with more care. When you try to book an appointment, whoever is answering the call is rude. This is the worst part of their service.

I give this vet a 1 star, because there's no option for a -5 star. I decided to call the vet nearest to us, because my dog's case can be considered as an emergency. I called them first to see what can be done as first aid, as t was already too late to go to the clinic. The guy who answered was very rude to me, even blaming me for my dog's sickness. Yes, I missed my dog's vaccine, but this is why I am asking for your help. He was so rude in answering simple questions like what time will the clinic open the following day, or what can be the estimate cost of expenses. I wish they be more polite to their customers as we, the pet owners, are also worried sick abt our dogs. This is not the way to treat your clients. I don't know how you got a vet title with that kind of attitude.

I brought my dog (askal/aspin) here since it's the nearest vet to me. I was wearing shabby clothes at the time while carrying my medium-large sized dog. The moment I show up I get odd looks from the vet, which doesn't surprise me 'cause I looked like I came straight out of bed. In diagnosis, doc guessed at 2 different illnesses which required some blood testing on 2 different testing devices to check for positiveness. I agreed even though he warned me that I had to pay for using both the testers even if they turned out negative, which in turn they did. In the end the doctor couldn't even give me the illness of my dog but still he prescribed me with the medicine to treat 1 of the illnesses he guessed at earlier. When it was time to pay, I told him I didn't have any cash with me so I asked if I could withdraw at the ATM across the road first (didn't have a chance to do it beforehand since I was carrying my dog the entire time before getting there). The moment I asked he let out an exasperated sigh, folded my receipt, and went to the lobby without another word so I just went out and got the money. My experience here was horrible to say the least. The clinic didn't even look like a clinic. It looked more like a dog food store with a grooming table on the side. At first I didn't mind the looks he was giving me or how he treated me like I couldn't pay for any of his services, but as I was getting out of the store a new customer comes in with her shih tzu, and boy did they get a warm greeting. ! rate this 1 star, but I'm giving an extra star since the medicine the doctor gave me managed to heal my dog. Even if I left without knowing what caused him being sick in the first place.
