1) Poor Ventilation, I provided my own curtain, aircon is old couldn't accommodate hotter season.My ceiling is broken, i patched on it so it could look nicer. 2) Untidy common areas, placement of the smoking area in the hallway is a very terrible idea. If it's a common place, the smoking area should be on a place where there's enough ventilation. Unhealthy for those who has ashtma. 3) High electricity and utility bill Normal Kilowatt hrs is 12. I compared it even in Q.C and elsewhere. They charging 17. Means they're getting 500 pesos additional per 100 kw per room. (see pictures) 4) So ironic, March 2019 is the month wherein water supply was so scarce but I am aslo surprised that they have charged the highest bill on the month I dont have water in 3rd floor for one week. an cubic meter is usuall 15 pesos but they're charging 70 per cubic meter so more less per 550 pesos per 10 cubic meter per room. 5) They also have water delivery of 50 pesos, order it thru merchant cost 30 to 35 pesos per 44liters or blue bottle dispenser. mean they're charging us extra 20 pesos , for every 10 bottles, they get 100. I am just making comments and can't do anything since it's near my office, but given the chance, don't live here it's not so nice and poor customer service.

Smoking area in the hallway is not a good idea. But the caretakers are nice. Location is also safe.

The bill cost waaaay tooooo much. The landlady and landowner aren't approachable and not accommodating. They should be more polite and friendly too. Utilities sucks. Toilets are always clogged. Aircon doesn't function well so it's barely used. Bad design on aircons too, the exhaust should be outside not inside the building! And they should have an elevator! Small rooms too. Walls are too thin, you could hear the other room's conversation. There's a lot of cockroaches. Needs many improvements if they want to keep the business going.

Rooms are ok, electricity bills are high, bathroom clogs frequently, no delivery allowed in the building, have to go down and get it yourself, no vents for cooking, if you live at the top floor and it rains the water will leak behind the pain on the wall and create bubbles, sometimes they mess up your utility bill, I left for 1 month and asked them to shut down the electricity while im gone. I come back and the bill is 8k, more than when I even use it
