My mini cruz ebike battery only lasted for 1year and 5 months. Low quality of battery from this brand of ebike. I will not be recommending romai ebikes.

I had my bike for 5 years already. The post sale service deteriorated unlike before when they were just starting. I just bought a new battery to replace the old one which lasted a little over a year. This \allegedly new battery\ I bought only lasted 2 months. I think Romai sold me an old battery and just passed it off as new.

Yang May ari ng Romai na yan sa Imus Branch dapat ipanapatulfo yang intsik na yan , bukod sa sinungaling manloloko pa, kapag kukuha ka ng ebike pinangakuan kami ng libreng extra battery pra lang sa kanila kumuha ilang months lng daw pagkakuha irerelease na ang free na battery, eh hanggang makabayad na kami ng buo aba pinaasa asa nalng kami hanggang hindi na daw nagbibigay ng free battery ang me ari, abah gago noh.. me karma antayin mo intsik ka!

Yung mini cruise ko 1.5 yr ko pa lng nagagamit sira na din battery nya grrrrrr..di pa nasusulit yung pinambili sira na agad tapos dating 7k na battery ngyn 10k na abusado naman mga chinese yan..sama sama tayo magpa tulfo kahit taga bataan ako sasama ako sa inyo ipa tulfo natin ang romai niloloko nila tayo...

Nakakastress nga ang Romai. Base on my own experience 1.5 year palang ang Romai mini cruise ko sira na agad ang battery. And according mga taga gawa battery talaga ang sakit ng Romai. Ang pinaka nakakastress pa sa 4 na battery nila na 20ah 10k ang kailangan ko. OMG!!! Imbes na murahan na lang nila para less stress ang damot damot pa magbigay ng discount. Sarap ipaTulfo.
