Bad customer service (phone). The actual repair is way better, but preferred not to talk over the phone with some of your female front liners. Better train them with good customer service. Ang isang tanong mo lang, mataas na agad ang boses. If we are inquiring over the phone, kahit we are just possible customers, sana very accommodating naman ang front liners.
